My name is Cris Chico and I’m a real estate investor in the South Florida area.

Many years ago I struggled while trying to become a successful real estate investor.

At one point I couldn’t pay my measly $192 mortgage payment and was almost at the brink of foreclosure.

Through trial and error and a lot of hard work I finally cracked the code and became a succesful real estate investor.

I developed a unique method that allows me to find and flip properties anywhere in the USA with only my cell phone and a laptop.
